Peter Stokkebye Pipe Tobacco
Peter Stokkebye International, Ltd was founded in 1882 in Odense, Denmark by Erik Peter Stokkebye. From those origins the reknown of Stokkebye tobaccos, both pipe tobaccos and fine hand-rolled cigars, spread like wild-fire throughout Europe. In the 1960's, the decision was made to concentrate on their premium pipe tobaccos and to expand beyond the borders of Europe, two decisions that have benefited pipe smokers all over the world. Today, the craftsmanship and expertise that goes into every bowlful of Stokkebye tobaccos is recognized and appreciated by pipe smokers everywhere.
